Thank you for your purchase!
Please allow up to two (2) business days for items to ship, unless otherwise specified. See product descriptions for any anticipated delays.
Ensure that shipping address is 100% accurate before checking out. We can only ship to the address that you provide at checkout. Items that are returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will incur a re-ship fee.
Damaged items should be reported within five (5) business days. You can email a photo of your damaged item, along with your order number, to hello@ellejboutique.com
RETURNS
We want you to love your items! If you need to make a return we will do everything we can to make it right. You have 14 days from delivery to return your items.
You will be eligible for a return if your item meets the following criteria:

No makeup stains

No deodorant stains

No animal hair

No smoke smell

No final sale items*
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT?
Both! Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you requested a store credit and it is approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will be issued.

Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items ending in .88 cannot be returned. All items purchased with a coupon code/automatic code greater than 20% are final. All sales are final on bath/shower products, undergarments and hair products.
Items purchased at a Painted Tree location must be returned to that location within 48 hours for a refund. We have no authority over the return policy of Painted Tree.
